Rick Taketa is an established voice in Insurtech and Health Care, he serves on the board for Palomar Specialty Insurance Company (NASDAQ: PLMR), Veritone (NASDAQ: VERI), AEON Biopharma, and Obsidian Insurance Company. Prior to that he was at York Risk Services Group. York was a premier provider of risk management, claims administration, managed care and absence management solutions. It was acquired by Sedgwick in 2019. His career started in private equity. He did his undergrad at Colgate and his JD at Stanford.
